I encountered an issue during the turning and milling process of my part. The file below contains an example of the part I need to produce on a Haas ST-10 machine with live tooling, but without a Y-axis.
The central boss is eccentric relative to the rest of the part. In this example, it is modeled slightly above the front face to make it machinable using a live tool block aligned with the Z-axis. However, I would like to set up the block parallel to the X-axis instead.
In Setup 1, there are several toolpaths that work perfectly for me. However, when I post-process the Flow and Rotary operations using the standard Haas ST-10 post-processor, I get incorrect code (for example, G0 C7000). Also, if I add the line action usePolarCoordinates before the code, the post-processor throws an error.
